Elite Runners

Elite runners have 2 World Ranking Events (WRE) during the ASOM weekend:

Friday: KO Sprint WRE Qualifications
Saturday: KO Sprint WRE Finals
Sunday: Sprint WRE

If runners are knocked out on Friday, they can participate at the ‘normal’ ASOM races on Saturday.

We are looking into possibilities to organise a Knock Out B final for Knocked Out Runners, but as this is a very complex organisation, we can not guarantee this.

There is NO strict embargo on this zone. Moving around to your accommodation, restaurants and shops is allowed. No orienteering of any kind should take place within the embargoed areas until the competition day. Competitors should not gain familiarity of the terrain by walking or running around in the terrain, testing routechoices, with or without any map.
